How we started
Pillar Community was established in 2024 by husband and wife, Bryant and Kelsey Pearson. Bryant is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has been working in the field since 2012. Graduating from the University of Utah with a master's degree in social work, Bryant went on to dedicate much of his professional experience being a case manager and supporting vulnerable populations in many different situations. He also is a mental health therapist and is dedicated to help others better their lives. Kelsey received her bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Human Development and Family Studies. She worked for many years as a department manager for a medical device laboratory before "retiring" to raise her and Bryant's four children. Kelsey also established a non-profit organization in 2023 that provides wellness retreats for women. Bryant and Kelsey are always striving to serve those in their community.
